You only make one low payment and that puts your property in the database which is used by every member. To place your vacation rental in the database costs just £3 or 4.95 euros a month. You can either pay monthly in which case there is a one time set-up charge of £10 or 15 euros or you can pay a year in advance and there is then no set-up charge.
